Who can get the most from New Harbor Design?
For almost ten years we've had the privilege of working with a lot of wonderful clients in a wide variety of industries. From churches and nonprofits to the Inc. 500, we've been able to help them get the results they're looking for.
We enjoy working with different types of clients. If you're looking to get one or two projects completed we can take care of that and you'll love how it looks. However, the nature of our monthly service model is better suited for some businesses more than others.
Businesses Best Suited for Monthly Service Plans:
While there are exceptions to this list, we've noticed some similarities among our clients so this list acts as a rough guideline:
Businesses with a Sales Plan: We provide exellent support for sales and marketing programs and the best ones know where they're going. It's hard for us to take you to the next level if you don't exactly know where that level is. The more specific you are about your goals and needs, the better we can be at helping you. Additionally, if you have a sales team in place, then we can really work some magic ensuring they always have great materials that can turn a cold lead into a closed sale.
Businesses with a Marketing Professional on Staff: The best thing you can do is make sure you have someone on staff who can keep us busy and working on your overall goal. Small Business owners tend to get busy running their businesses and can't always focus on sales and marketing. While we can definitely come up with plans and projects on our end, clients who have seen the best results from New Harbor, have had someone in their office whose focus is on marketing the company. We'll back them up and you'll love the results.
Businesses who can Afford to be Consistent: Our rates are not cheap, but they are affordable. For around the quarter of the cost of an in-house designer you can work with New Harbor Design each month. But you have to be consistent. You're not going to be able to grow your business by hiring us for one month and then not doing anything for the rest of the year. Marketing plans should be developed for a minimum period of six to twleve months and we're at our best when we're allowed to dedicate that much time to you. The companies we've seen that can maximize our potential generate approximately $500,0000 or more in annual revenue. (Again, there are always exceptions.)
Businesses who are Considering an In-House Designer: As we stated above, we're way less than the salary of an in-house designer and you don't need to give us a desk, office, benefits, computer or deal with the notorious "graphic designer personality." In short, you pay us so you can get your work done without all the extra baggage.

After almost ten years of service we've learned that life is too short to work with certain types of clients. We don't mean to be rude, we just don't want to hate our job. Respectfully, if you fit some of these characteristics, please use our competitors. We'll give you their number.
- Every project seems to always start late and you're constantly playing catch up
- You're always stressed and feel we should be too
- You think your service providers can be talked to rudely and are there to be walked over not worked with
- You think underpaying for important services and responsible money management are the same thing
- You think payment due dates are more of a rough guideline
- You want us to respond late at night or on weekends because that's what you make your employees do
- You think this list is out of line and unacceptable
Hopefully you can understand the spirit of this list. We're at our best when we work for the best. We want to be big fans of our clients. We can't root for jerks and we definitely won't work with them.
