As CEO Adam is in charge of casting the vision for New Harbor Design as well as developing and maintaining the company as a whole. Though New Harbor continues to grow daily, Adam still works closely with all of New Harbor’s clients in order to maintain the company’s commitment to quality customer service.
Adam operates New Harbor from their Southern California location. He lives in Yorba Linda with his wife Kristen where he enjoys golf and surfing.
Dave Weitz, COO
(Leadership Development Guru)
Dave oversees New Harbor’s operations and accounts in the Northwest and works to maintain the increasing list of demands associated with the fast growing company.
He brings his dynamic abilities and his passion for building strong leadership teams to New Harbor Enterprise’s growing list of companies. In addition to helping maintain New Harbor Design, he is charged with growing and developing New Harbor’s consulting division in order to help other entrepreneurs and leaders reach their potential.
Currently, Dave lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Kathy.
